It also shows that I drew the plan and that this is page 1 of 11 total pages in this plan set. That field pulls the name from the name of the plan set page. In this example you can see that this is the FLOOR PLAN. The result looks like the Title Block below.

To update the areas if necessary all I have to do is edit the Area drawing and it then updates all of the pages in the plan set. This drawing is inserted into the the page and moved into place to form the area schedule. The Area table is actually a separate drawing that contains nothing but area information. For example I am using the mobile number for the project to represent the job number and the project email to represent the name of the person who drew the plans, in this case me.
Since SoftPlan does not allow us to create our own custom Information Stamps I have repurposed a couple of them. Other stamps include the date, the page number within the Plan Set, and the total number of pages included in the plan set. There is an info stamp that enters the Page Title, which is the name that is given to the page. In this example you see that most fields show that they are project specific. SoftPlan then automatically inserts that information into the Title Block by replacing the Information Stamps with the information from the Project Options. Pertinent information is entered into the Project Options for each Project. For instance here is my raw Title Block with the Information Stamps. You can use Information Stamps to insert any variable information into your Title Blocks.
